Job Overview
Chi-Matic is looking for top quality Epic Revenue Cycle experts with current certification(s) and 3 or more years of Epic analyst experience. This consultant will support Epic implementation, optimization, and maintenance projects for Chi-Matic’s clients by performing system build, designing workflows, assessing system configuration, and creating documentation. Positions are available all over the United States based on client needs. Contracts will have various start dates and durations. Experience as a Team Lead is strongly desired.
Responsibilities and Duties
This role has the following responsibilities:
- Epic Revenue Cycle application (HB, PB, Claims) system build
- Implementation, optimization, and maintenance projects
- Revenue cycle assessment and best practice review
- Maintenance of documentation and procedures as needed
- Operational process improvement
- Effectively translate operational requirements into Epic system build
- Serve as a role model and mentor to customer analysts
- Some travel may be required
Qualifications
- Current certification in one or more of the following Epic applications: Resolute Professional Billing, Resolute Hospital Billing, Claims
- 3+ years Epic analyst experience
- Full-cycle implementation experience preferred
- Background in process improvement or assessing IT/operational effectiveness a major plus
